The size and condition of your home determine the number of cleaners. For a standard apartment, 1 or 2 cleaners are sufficient, but for a larger property or more intensive jobs, we send a team of up to 3 or more cleaners to complete the work efficiently.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

You don’t need to be home while we clean. Just leave a key or access instructions, and we’ll take care of the rest. Our team will lock up after themselves, leaving your home spotless for when you return.

What cleaning supplies do you use? Can I request specific products?

We use eco-friendly, non-toxic products that are safe for your family and pets. Service time may vary.  The first time takes longer as we learn what works best for your home and where everything is located.  Each subsequent time is faster.  

Also, it depends on what condition is your home is in.  Some people keep operating-room conditions at the home and just require a touch up or additional services.  Others have three teenagers, a dog, and two jobs.  We don't judge you when we find an old slice of pizza stuck behind the dresser.  We're here to help.  But it may take us a little longer to bring your home into the tip top shape. If additional time is required based on the unique conditions of your home, we will communicate promptly and give you the options. 

Can I customize my cleaning service?

If the cancellation is made within 24 hours of the cleaning, there may be a cancellation fee to compensate our staff for their scheduled time.
